  • Crashes and unusable

To-Do will run for about 30 seconds before it crashes. Widely reported in the community boards. I’ve tried everything. It’s unusable.
  • Not integrated w/Outlook

    1. There’s no direction integration w/Outlook beyond copy/paste of the individual fields. Any user should be able to click on “Add to my Day” and be prompted with where in the user’s calendar they want to work on this item. 2. Also, within Outlook itself, I should have an icon in the ribbon that links an email to the task. For example, via an Outlook email, someone asks a user to do something. The recipient should be able to click on the “To-Do” icon within the email ribbon, and fill in any specifics (due date/time, add to calendar, etc). 3. There should be a prioritization matrix screen(s) that drag and drop tasks from one quadrant to another that also appear in your list of Outlook to-do list.

App works well…when it works. It crashes/quits every few minutes. I have to continually reopen the app and navigate back to what I was doing. All the features are there on this app, it’s just not reliable.

This would be more like 2.5 stars, if I could give a half star rating. This app drives me CRAZY, and not just every once in awhile. It takes forever to load, and then I have to touch the field multiple times to get the cursor to show up. Also, if you’re at the grocery store, using this list app for your grocery list as I do, just be prepared for the app to close itself out 99% of the time. It is SO unbelievably frustrating to check the list, set my phone down, go to check the list again, and I have to reload the app (which, as I stated earlier, is not a quick process). Whyyy does it turn itself off after a minute of not using it? Makes no sense! Every time there’s an update, they always claim they’re “fixing bugs” but the ones I experience never go away, despite any updates. Honestly, I had higher expectations from Microsoft!

After using it for about 6 months... all my lists vanished. Gone. Nothing there. What a huge waste of time!
  • Would be great if it didn’t slow my whole phone down

This app paralyzes my phone and slows it down to the point where I can’t control it for minutes until I close the app. What is this app doing in the background that paralyzes my phone this way?
  • Current version is very unhealthy

Reporting a bug for this app is a very convoluted process, so I resign myself to posting about it in a temporary review instead. Microsoft, the current app version (as of this writing) is very unhealthy on my iPhone SE 3. It will randomly crash and/or freeze within 30-60 seconds after app launch. When it doesn't crash, it causes my iPhone to heat up noticeably, and the battery drain is about 1% per minute while using it. I don't know what has happened to cause this, but it has been happening for a few weeks now. This issue needs to be corrected. I depend on (and love) this app very much. For now, I'm thankful I have a secondary device (Android) that I can use to access To Do for my daily needs. Please fix whatever is affecting the iPhone app! I will remove this review once fixed, thanks.
  • Crashes regularly

As in multiple times per use in trying to manage to-do items (adding, editing - especially changing due dates). Frustrating. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Desktop (macOS and Windows) don’t exhibit such unreliability.
