  • Impossible to search within a long note.

    This is the only note taking app where you cannot search for a word in a long note. The search tool will not highlight the searched word in the note. You have to read the whole note to find the word you need. Ended up using another app. Hey Google, it is such a simple feature that all note taking apps have it. You can do it too. please do. More people will use your app. Thank you.

  • Sluggish, unresponsive and not user friendly

    IOS app has gotten worse and worse over time. It’s gotten to the point where trying to rearrange the list or even mark items off of the list is so sluggish and slow that sometimes I don’t even know what this app is doing. It’s unbearably bad.

  • Background app refresh is not the answer

    I agree with the many (many) reviews stating that this app has been great for a long time, but has become frustrating to use: the keyboard disappears, & there’s a huge lag to open a list and check a box- all of which persist even after updates and restarts. The answer to each review here has been to go to settings and enable the background refresh. I’ve done this and it appears others have as well, and it’s no different. It’s also not helpful to be asked to post feedback elsewhere via a provided link, which is the secondary dev reply. I really hope there will be improvement soon because I’ve loved this app for years and clearly we’re all experiencing the same issues.

    Nice to have a note app that doesn't rely on apple and it's nice when sync works but it seems to only sync reliably from ipad to iphone. When I edit on the iPhone, I lose everything I changed if I go into the same note on the iPad before the unreliable and slow sync occurs. This has gotten frustrating. I had background app refresh turned off on iphone so I'm hoping that fixes it but you would think it would upload the changes when I leave the note and go back to the notes home screen. I'm still in the app and connected to internet. No background refresh needed. Foreground app refresh which has no such setting.

    Very slow IF it responds at all. (Background is still set to refresh, so that’s not the problem )

  • Better than notes but flawed

    Why does the keyboard go away after a sec or 2 of not using… repeat and location notification options gone and don’t go off for ones already set and I wish there was a way to lock a list from shifting (so for repeat lists you can only check off stuff and not accidentally delete or slide to the side)

    This app is unusable. Takes forever to open a keep with collaborators. Glitchy when adding new lines. Sporadic on moving boxes or changing indentation. I’m close to quitting on the app and starting again with another app.
