    I find this way of trying to read the paper frustrating, slow, hard to use, too sensitive to touch sometimes and non responsive other times. I usually end up giving up trying to read it sooner than I would normally because I'm so disgusted.

    Previously I had subscribed and I was easily able to read the Sarasota Herald Tribune newspaper on my iPad while on the plane in airplane mode with no wi-fi, as long as it was downloaded beforehand. Now the new app and subscription only gives me is blurred images, blank missing pages etc.and not a full newspaper! I even left the iPad on for quite a while on with Wi-Fi to make sure I got a full download, but that still did not help even after clicking the button in the settings to download, still no full download. Extremely disappointed. Tried to call and get technical support person. Didn’t have any idea how to help. I’m waiting on a call back from somebody in technical support supposedly. After a week no call back at all! I had to call in again and this time I had a very nice knowledgeable rep, but no resolution to the problem! Go back to the old app that actually worked and no pop up advertisements!

    This software upgrade is a waste of time to try to read. The old version was easy to change pages, read the articles and get the news efficiently. The new upgrade locks up constantly, jumps to numerous other pages by itself, ads pop up constantly while your trying to read an article, the turn page button works half the time. Most of the time an ad slides from the right or the tab button is hit and jumps you to another section of the paper so you have to flip back through pages to get back to what you were reading. I’ve been struggling with this garbage software and I have no choice but to cancel my subscription since this paper refuses to fix the problems with the e-newspaper

    I subscribe to 3 papers,online.. The new HT format/ is terrible and balky and the worst I have ever used. I am canceling my subscription due to the frustration of trying to use it daily.

    Horrible update. The eversion will not load on my IPad. Fix it or go back to older version.

    I consistently have difficulty accessing the e-newspaper; I also have subscriptions to other including the WSj and are pleased with those apps. I anticipate cancelling my subscription unless the Herald Tribune improves this interface soon.
