    And no accountability for driver actions. If driver does not see a pre tip on the app, then they give you a bad service. This is the reason I no longer use postmates or delivery apps in general. No standards or accountability

    This app is a scam they will sight you up for Uber one with out you knowing and take money from you for month and won’t let you cancel or get a refund I don’t recommend this app just and on top of that they make it impossible to cancel they freeze your screen every time you try to cancel if you want to get scammed then install the app but don’t say I didn’t warn you

    You should never ever ever order from this app I order wing stop and it got sent to the wrong address so like an normal person you would exit it but they wouldn’t let me exit my address and When I asked for a refund they said I can’t get an Refund because wing stop had all ready prepared my order so

    Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Recent Order Experience with Postmates I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Postmates during my recent order placed at 4:00 pm. Despite a substantial waiting period exceeding 5 hours, my order has yet to be delivered. Throughout this time, my attempts to communicate with the assigned delivery driver via messages and calls were met with complete disregard. Seeking resolution, I engaged with multiple agents through the chat system, only to discover that a request for a replacement driver, as previously indicated, had not been actioned. Subsequently, after resorting to independent research to obtain a valid contact number, I was able to speak with an agent who assured me that a new driver was en route at 7:06 pm. However, it is now 8:10 pm, and my order remains undelivered. Regrettably, the handling of this situation has fallen short of acceptable standards, leaving me with a negative impression of Postmates. In comparison, I have found other delivery services such as DoorDash to be more reliable and efficient in fulfilling orders. I recommend that Postmates review and address the shortcomings in their delivery process to prevent similar instances in the future. As a customer, I value prompt and dependable service and expect a higher level of reliability from the service providers I choose to engage with. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that appropriate measures will be taken to improve the overall customer experience with Postmates. Sincerely,

    This is absolutely the worst app, I’ve ever been on, my order was very very incorrect I order something for way higher value and when I asked to get a refund or even put a complaint I wasn’t allowed
