    It is ridiculous all the -ish you have to go through to try and pay the bill. It makes no sense. It is getting on my nerves to go through all this to pay your bill. GET IT TOGETHER AND DO BETTER!!!!

    All around one of the most stitched together clunky apps I have ever used. I don’t even know how Apple even approved such terrible user experience. For a leader in cellular this is something you should be embarrassed by and remove it until you actually have an app that works.

    Voice cuts out (other end can’t hear) on both phones from home area. Data throughput is virtually nonexistent in three areas we frequent. Pickerington/Violet Twp, Westerville Cleveland Ave & Polaris, and Sullivant Ave & Norton Rd

    App won’t let you sign in no matter how many times you restart phone, clear cache, reinstall app still can’t even get into it app just closes every time you say “ Already have an AT&T account”.
