Does not protect “24/7 from fraudsters, marketing, scams, spams or email texts’. AT&T depends, unfortunately, on Googles’s lists of technological counts from illiterates who get a bunch of deb collection calls.” If you say it, prove it. Don’t piggyback others

  • Helps reduce spam calls…but high battery drain

The advanced version does significantly reduce spam calls and for that I’m grateful. However, I noticed my phone battery has been running down more quickly lately and through troubleshooting with the battery tool in iPhone settings, I’m finding ActiveArmor consistently at the top of the list of battery draining apps. I uninstalled/reinstalled and that helped, but a few days later ActiveArmor is at the top of the list again. Seems a defect that needs to be fixed since I’ve used AA for a few years now and this problem seems new.
  • Can’t turn this off

Got this app and thought it was okay but when I attempted to turn it off it wouldn’t. Followed the steps and it still blocked wanted calls. Nice idea but no software quality proofing done. Two calls and an hour later is is supposed to be off. My guess? maybe not. time will tell.
  • Very good product

Stops pretty much ALL spam calls. Scans emails and automatically blocks fraudulent emails and links, keeping your phone/ipad safer from viruses, phishing,…. Excellent product, especially for the small price point of it. Highly recommend!!
  • Insane battery usage !!!

This app continues to use an insane amount of background battery power. Constantly running my battery down, consuming 30 to 40% of my battery a day. More details: this is all background usage by the app and I’m not even using the VPN feature. Percentage wise it’s high but it’s also the largest consumer of total battery power on my iPhone 15 Pro by a long shot.
  • What a waste pt.2

So almost a week ago (5/2) I left a review and At&T responded saying to block the spam calls within the app, well they already were, I wish I was able to provide screen shots here, I have the app set to block all of the spam risk calls, fraud risk calls and private callers yet I’m still getting upward of 15 calls a day. The only way I was able to stop this was to have my IPhone silence unknown callers in my actual phone settings. To give it the benefit of the doubt, it will give a notification it’s blocking a number but then a minute later the call comes through anyway. This app is practically useless. I wish it could get 0 stars
