    The app is bugging a lot for aboug 5 last months. Often after I pick up my block it adds one more pick up, also often it's hard to reach support, even if I call on phone because it's also bugging. So I need to spend extra time to resolve the problme almost every time I have delivery with amazon. Also amazon started to pay lower and it seems like they try to imput more packages in each route, often routes take more time than they have to.

    The policy change notification pops up every time I log on and sometimes it won’t close which leads me to having to force close the app which is a waste of time. It’s been this way for the past 2 years. Will you ever fix this?
  • Won’t help with app issues

    I have driven flex religiously everyday with no complaints despite there being glitches here and there. That being said, not being able to receive any help whatsoever when the app has a glitch that prevents me from working my shift and goes against me negatively; really enrages me. I work very hard and I am very upset that no one wants to help me get my app working.

    App does not scan packages when picking up at warehouse. Supervisor has to override and mark packages in transit in order for app to recognize route. Apparently it is a problem when picking up groceries.

    I have attempted to sign in to the application, but it has proven to be impossible. After being on the waitlist for over six months, I finally received a call to start the application process, only to encounter a failure with no assistance available. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this app due to the numerous issues with signing in and the prevalence of bots securing the best offers.

    Amazon te despide y elimina tu perfil sin una razon real ellos inventaran cualquier cosa para sacarte de la app y luego no daran la cara solo te enviaran un correo automatizado y sera todo, esta corrupto todo aus sistema desde la atrapa de bloques hasta tu información personal que esta vulnerable por su mal funcionamiento de seguridad, no pierdan su tiempo en trabajos como estos no vale la pena!

    This app is trash. If you accidentally delete your amazon account, any of em. You will lose your flex account as well and NEVER be able to reactivate. Even if you contact customer support, they will not be able to help you. Even if they say they can, they lie. This app is NOT a way to make money for a sustained amount of time as you WILL be deactivated eventually
