    I just set up the account only for this company to deactivate my account. Furthermore, they reserve their right not to disclose their reasons as to why. Don’t do business with them. They could discriminate against you and still reserve their right not to disclose. Be careful. Lucky for them, they can’t be sued.

    This app is so trash i literally can even update my account so i can get working it crashes everytime i try to click anything🤦🤦 Everytime i try to update map or click a link it just freezes

    It’s decent for getting jobs but nothing else. If you charge $100 an hour they take $15 per hour which would leave you at $170 for a 2 hr minimum. Plus if a customer tips they get a percentage too. They take 15 percent of the total order. If you have a problem with a customer they only take about 3-24 hrs to respond back. Plus if you need to call and talk to a customer support, be prepared to pay a hefty charge. It’s crazy how they give little customer support but want 15 percent and charge to talk to support.

    App doesn’t let you decline jobs so it basically forces you to work jobs or you will be penalized also the app never works properly I can never input payment codes i have to go through customer service and they charge you to speak to someone this app is basically a money grab please do not sign up for this if you are looking for more work your paying thumbtack pro
