    With this new change to creatures they ruined the game. Bad enough to take away our daily gold but then to ruin the individual aspect of all creatures by making a Knarl basically the same cost as using a mermaid, but also the same rewards. No special daily game or other different puzzle bonuses away. I will no longer tell friends to try it, but avoid it. I have no idea why they did such a thing when a lot of us worked towards getting these creatures.

    They made it so you can only earn coins by completing levels. So if you get stuck on a level you can’t earn anymore coins to help you. Plus i had a fully upgraded creature with good benefits, they changed this so now I can’t have the charmed bag right away like I used to. They just want you to spend more money

  • Watch video for more turns option does not work

    MANY times when selecting the option to watch a video to get more turns - especially when you only need one more move - the game returns to the “end game” page instead. They get paid for you playing the video (commercial) and you get cheated out of the extra moves to complete the game.

    I have completely lost all interest in playing this game after all these new updates were released. I used to play at least a couple times a day and it was fun and rewarding. Now it feels completely pointless. I’ll be deleting it if changes aren’t made soon.

  • Recent changes are awful - get ready to pay

    For the last several years this was my favorite game on my phone. I worked hard to get my favorite creature to the top level, and have thoroughly enjoyed the different spells that come from moving forward in the game. Progress was always slow and there were plenty of challenging puzzles that took a while to beat, but they were worth it because you also won regularly enough to stay determined. The recent changes to the game have ruined all that. They demoted the creature powers I worked hard to obtain, and it’s so difficult to pass any level on the first attempt now. And since you no longer get gold unless you win, you can be stuck on a puzzle for what feels like forever. They also did away with “watch” buttons that would let you add an extra few moves by watching an ad, and I’ve actually downloaded other games because of those ads. It seems like all these decisions were made to make people frustrated enough that they’ll spend money to advance. It's really disappointing that I might abandon the game soon after a lot of fun the last few years.

    I purchased the Umbridge Season and one of the tasks is to collect free gold however the game no longer offers free gold so no one could complete this. If you are going to update the game and take away the free stuff you should update all parts of the game.

    I love the game, but it was backed up to my iCloud and when I went to open it up, I lost everything that was already there. Kind of bummed.

    This is the worst update that Zynga has ever done! I am losing club members like crazy. No one will buy gold anymore. You have killed your golden goose, Zynga. Maybe if you had controlled the cheating early on in the game you would not have had to take such ill-conceived actions to reign in the cheaters.
