    I keep losing my tickets playing solo challenge, I watch the ads and try to apply them and they disappear! By now you all should have fixed the bugs.

    I am so tired of so many pop-ups in advertisements for new games. I can’t even play a game of words! How do I get my old account back? These new games keep on appearing for me to get. I don’t want them. I deleted something by accident and I can’t find my old account. I’m in a downward spiral rabbit hole, and I can’t get out!

    For over a week now I get a screen saying “Downloading. Do not shut off device” with a varying percentage. Sometimes I can play a Solo game, sometimes I can play with a friend, I can never acquire the coins I earn.

  • ETA: 5/2024- it's getting WORSE, and animations are SLOW. Love the game, too much extra junk!

    The simplicity of the first version was so much nicer... I just want to play a few things, and not be bombarded with the extra stuff/stickers/games/animations. Giving it 2 stars for lack of simplicity and number of ads.

    I have been playing for 11 years. Enjoy the games I have with friends. About 5. Which is all we have time for. A couple complaints. Too many ads. And I used to have the same games synced to my iPad and my phone. Lost my phone at Christmas and installing the game back on my phone wants me to start over as a new member. Too hard to get through to customer service I’m 74. Me too.

    I am in the middle of my final game. I’ve only played one player for some time because I am tired of being frustrated. I don’t enjoy the game anymore. So so soooooo many in game pop ups and games starting without my requesting them- all of these ANNOYING quests or in game challenges-you giving me games on my screen that you think I’d want to play with WORD MASTERS, etc. Effin’ frustrating. When I go to settings, it LOOKS like you’re giving us options to have you not suggest these games, but they don’t go away. I hate that. I hate that so much. The person that I’ve been playing multiple games with is also quitting the game after several years for same reason. I would not be deleting app if you guys would have made it possible to truly have just the games I started listed and the option to opt-out if all these challenges.

    I love scrabble, so this game is fun. But there is zero tech support when something goes awry in the app. There are also strange people/bots and annoying ads. Must turn off notifications or you get them frequently as well for all the little side games they offer.
