I can see some page numbers and but most of the text in ebooks is impossible to read the brightness and text buttons at the bottom don’t open sliders - are non-functional. If I swipe enough pages I can see text and a some paragraphs but not the page before or after. As a result I using a browser to read the library ebooks.

This app is useless. I can maybe see one page in my book, and then i have to reload the app because it just shows a bunch of dots on screen. Think of your absolute worst digital rereading experience and multiply it by 10. This app is still worse.
  • Terrible

One of the worst apps ever… so many weird problems where the pages of my book show up like it’s a printer running out of ink, which like, how does that even happen? It’s a digital file! It’s so frustrating.
  • Worse digital reading app ever

Given how big Adobe is as a company, I’d happily give 0 star if that’s an option. The whole app is very glitchy when loading the EPUB file, and it very frequently failed to load the next page when flipping pages, moreover, it frequently jumps multiple pages forward or backward when flipping pages. Imagine when you want to read the next page and it stay blank for more than 2 minutes, and you finally run out of patience and clicking the screen multiple times, it either gave no response after another 10 seconds of waiting, or suddenly brought you to some random page far back or ahead. Then you’re going through another round of long-wait-for-page-loading to navigate back to where all this headache began.
  • Colors distort on zoom. Crashes on search

When you attempt to zoom in on a photo the colors distort and the image is no longer visible. If you attempt to search a word the app crashes.

Shows only a few pages, with white empty gaps where the missing pages are. Worst App experience on an iPad.
  • Didn’t sync

This refused to sync with the app so I couldn’t get my files on my iPad.
  • Garbage app, slow, remedial features

This application for me is garbage! It is so slow, and after about the 7th page the words are unreadable. You have to close the app, and open the app to be able to have readable text for another 7 or so pages. I want a refund n the book I purchased and will delete this application right away. I would also think that in 2024 apps like this would allow the apple pen to make mark ups on the pages. Come on, it’s not 1999!
  • Cannot even render its own user guide

My university library requires this app for digital books. The app cannot even render its own user guide, “Getting Started With Adobe Digital Editions.” A few pages are readable on my iPad Pro, but most are not.
