Description

Bumble is a free dating app dedicated to helping singles find fun, meaningful, and kind connections. It’s the dating app where kindness is sexy, and where women come first, always. We champion respect and equality, and we don't just welcome, but we celebrate every orientation. So whether you're straight, gay, lesbian, trans, here to find love, here to find fun, here to find friends, or simply dating for the plot–creating new connections has never been easier. Our community is filled with millions of people across the globe who are ready to chat and meet new people, build genuine and meaningful connections, and maybe find that artsy, museum-loving, Scorpio they've been looking for. DATE, MEET NEW FRIENDS, AND NETWORK Our matchmaking technology is constantly evolving to create a fun, kind, and most importantly safe experience for you across all of our apps, including: Bumble Date: Where women make the first move. Women always come first on Bumble, we've rewritten the dating rules so that everyone can form meaningful relationships safely and respectfully. Bumble For Friends: Life is better with friends. Whether you're new to a city or hoping to expand your circle, Bumble For Friends is an easy way to make new friends. Bumble Bizz: Yep, you read that correctly. We have Bumble Bizz, too. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new exciting career opportunities. WOMEN COME FIRST, ALWAYS We believe a better world for women means a better world for everyone. So, for the most part, women get to make the first move around here. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond. So, don't let them be the one that got away. Send that message ASAP. DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT “Bumble exists to empower women...” (Fast Company) “Bumble is just an app: but it’s changing the discussion.” (Wired) “Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:” (UK Sunday Times) “Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app” (Texas Standard) “What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. ” (Business Insider) --- Like the best things in life, Bumble is free to download and use. But we do also offer optional subscription packages (Bumble Premium and Bumble Boost) and single or multiple-use paid services for which no subscription is required (including Spotlights and SuperSwipes). We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month, and 6 month subscriptions with varying discounts. The prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice. Prices are clearly displayed in the app. * Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. * Your subscription will automatically renew itself, unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. * Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. * You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the iTunes Store. * If offered, if you choose to use our free trial, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable * If you don’t choose to purchase Bumble Boost or Bumble Premium, you can simply continue using and enjoying Bumble for free. It’s all about the money with this app. I would advise other dating apps over this one. Constantly trying to get you to buy features. 👎👎👎👎👎 Developer response…bla bla bla

All the leftovers of the dating cess pool… No filters for body type, race, etc so you waste your time seeing everyone! Trying to block someone (aka you work with) does not work- I have tried 7 times.

Women are lazy to make the first move so the company changes its policy.. why are you backing up people who don’t want to change?? You need men just as much as women to run this app. Drizzle Drizzle.

Bumbles marketing department really sold the idea that the entire app was going to change with the new update. In reality, it’s the same old app with a couple of new features. Still has the same issues as the previous version of the app. Nice try bumble. Maybe focus more on creating a dating app people want to use rather than tricking people with flashy marketing.

The fact that you have to pay for likes is ridiculous. This app is INFESTED WITH BOTS anyway and you will not get any matches by buying their insanely priced bundles, it’s completely rigged and actually should be illegal as theft/false advertising… do yourself a favor and download any other app.

Bumble, in a desperate last attempt to compete, blow it entirely and burn everything in marketing a broken product. Good luck with the debt

There's many improvements that should be made to this platform. For 1, you say that bumble is free to use, but that is almost an outright lie, it's not free. This app is rigged to make you spend unnecessary money. You limit people's likes per day, You make basic features like height only available for premium users, you raise your prices during the weekend and sometimes drop them during the weekdays. You don't push out profiles as much if they haven't paid you money. A lot of people use bumble, stop being so money hungry and make the platform more fun to use. You can start by creating a system where profiles only get pushed out to people of their preferences, that is something I can understand being a "premium feature." I'd rather be shown to people who match my preferences MORE than people who don't. Most people my profile gets pushed to are 100% not my type or are only there for hookups. This feature saves A LOT of people's time. Get rid of limited likes, that's next level stupid. And allow people to see at least 5 to 10 of their likers a day. It might actually encourage them to buy the premium to see the rest. Create a dark mode, this app is not friendly on the eyes, bumble is mostly used at night. Create. A. Dark Mode. Add more preferences, I think how you can grow as an app is to maybe add a mini game, a fun little quiz someone can play in the chat to get to know their match. I think that's better than the lame conversation starters that mostly get left on read. Another preference you can add is race, now I know that might sound weird.... but it's not. A lot of people only want to date within their culture. And A lot of people only want to date outside of their culture. Nevertheless, People have that right to choose and you can even make that an additional premium feature. Give out free trials. I know thats something you used to do but I mean 1 month free trials. A lot of your consumers are on this app for months, sometimes years. Let people get a taste of those "premium" features to see if it's actually worth paying for. But that's with the upgrades. As your app stands now, it is not worth the money, Plus, you are overcharging for features that don't work. (Don't reply and say they do, they don't.. listen to your consumers). Overall, I've been on and off on bumble, I've met some genuine guys that just weren't a match and I've met some bad guys that shouldn't even be on the app to begin with. But, this app can seem frustrating to use, especially to those who don't want or have a whole bunch of money to spend just to find their soulmate. A lot of people on here are just bitter because they have no rizz or they are just not good people so they get ghosted and take it out on the app. But there are so many reviews in here that are valid experiences with the features that shouldn't be ignored. Bumble has the potential to be BETTER, it's already better than Tinder whether people admit that or not. Don't be another wasted potential app and LISTEN to your consumers.
  • Super likes are a problem.

It is too easy to hit the super line button and spend money. It should be harder. A confirm button should be required.
  • Zero people in Portland OR, ZERO?!?

I live in a major metropolitan area, and my stack of people to swipe on was empty within the first day of making an account. I know that I had filters as well, but there’s has to be more than 30 verified women in Portland Oregon using this app that are college educated, don’t have kids, looking for a relationship, that don’t smoke tobacco or weed.

Works ok, but if you are from US and go anywhere else they eliminate the radius feature for some areas so you will be matching people who are 5-7 hours away
