  • Glitchiest dating app out there

    The community is good but this app is the glitchiest thing I’ve ever used. Customer support is non existent and if you pay for anything be prepared to have to scratch and claw for any chance at a refund.

    This app leaves you hanging. You’ll get notifications of likes and/or pings, but in the app there is nothing to see. And now, the home feed is just blank. It’s been that way for days. Not only has the app been a waste of money, but of my time as well. There are likely dozens of likes and pings I’ve sent that perhaps have never been seen. Feeld should be giving everyone refunds. Instead of getting better, the app has gotten worse.

    Two updates ago my push notifications stopped working. Now after the most recent update my badge notifications don’t even work. So 0 notifications work. I’ve used the app for years but it’s extremely annoying not having notifications working. Opening the app just to see if there’s any messages is very annoying so I wind up missing messages from people. I tried uninstalling the app, restarting my phone, and then reinstalling the app. Still doesn’t work. I’ve used a bunch of different dating apps and never had one where the notifications didn’t work. It seems like something they should fix I’ve heard other people complaining about the notifications too. Out of all the bugs in the app this would be the one that I’d like to see fixed most.

    Be carful with this app I don’t think they validate accounts well enough I ended up matching with someone and it turns out to be a scammer and they sent me threats. I had to change my number. Be very careful.

    Another day; another weird bug issue with this silly app. This time, the search settings keep defaulting to 18-60+. I have reset it 98 times to the perimeters I want, but as soon as I close out the app, it resets to the default. Super annoying because this means I’m also showing up in people with these setting and keep getting flooded with likes of people that are WAY too far out of my age bracket. I emailed the customer service about this, but as usual, all I got was a generated bot response. 🙄 Maybe this will get someone’s attention.

    If you like to pay to date, this app is for you, you can not connect with anyone else you pay the subscription to unlock your likes. So be aware of that fact. I had this app for over 3 month and all who liked me never came to my page and those who I like probably never saw me. I am so disappointed with this app over all and it s a few places that has ploy as an option. So again, if you cool with paying then you are good, you will likely is app.

    Please please shut the app down for a month and fix all of the issues. There isn’t a single function of the app that is fully functional and all of your users are talking about it. The only reason we’re still invested is because it’s the only app that feels safe for non-traditional relationship structures but it’s not even worth it anymore.

  • Account Blocked/Paused for no reason

    I have used this app for over a year and loved it but stopped the subscription after a while. I recently paid for the Majestic Membership again and have only been able to use it for a few days before another member on Feeld told me my account is paused. I went into the app and found I was no longer able to message, like, or swipe…I was no longer able to use anything. I’ve contacted support twice to try and figure out what happened. I did not break any of the rules they showed me on their list. Support told me my account wasn’t paused and they don’t know what the issue is. I’ve asked for my money back on account of an error on their part and will use another dating app.
