I’ve been waiting to hear back from someone but all I get are advertising emails I really need to know if my certificate is still valid!

This app allowed me to pay for a course and tight after told me that the course wasnt supported on my device, I have sent several emails to the support team and have gotten no response. Thats money i had saved up to better myself and they just took it. I dont have access to a computer so i wasnt able to even start my course. Atleast let people know before you let em pay. Terrible experience. Support never got back at me either on my issue. No good.

I signed up for a free course but got charged $98. I couldn’t complete the course because I couldn’t find how to do the final assignment. It seemed to go in a circle. I can’t figure out how to ask for a refund. The help desk doesn’t help. After reading another review about how great the mobile app was I tried it and found it works pretty well. The final assignment give error code 0 when I submit it. I also found out they don’t give refunds on subscriptions. You have to cancel it yourself. Well I was finally able to finish the course. I think the problem was I had to write an evaluation of an optional question that was blank
  • Offline mode doesn’t work most of the time

I got Coursera iPad app so that I can watch lectures even when WiFi is not available. Even though I have my lectures downloaded, most of the time the app doesn’t recognize that it should operate in offline mode and just keep trying to load the content. It was pretty frustrating and I don’t know how to consistently trigger offline mode.

No issues here. You have to want it and get it done for your future. Learning anything is very and applying it is very powerful. Good luck!!
  • App not useful on Ipad

There are a lot of things that work better on Iphone than on Ipad and that does not help. notes are not available or never work, notes filter neither, what is the point of having accessible education with such and inaccessible app for Ipad format where they display should be better.

I’m taking Google’s advanced data analytics cert, and the app is awesome, especially if you have a 40-50hr/week job.
  • Solid app, but can be buggy.

Been using the couriers app for almost 8 months now. Recently videos for some reason only take up half the screen on my iPad and I can’t see the bottom half. Also being unable to do certain assignments or tests on the app is pretty inconvenient. I wouldn’t have gotten the app if I knew I was gonna have to go back and forth to the browser version anyway. I like the UI of the app and thats mainly what keeps me on it, but these other issues make it a pretty awkward experience.
