InRoute has been an invaluable tool for our 4 businesses. We have recommended InRoute to our customers and drivers. My only recommendations would be: *For inRoute to not kick us all the way back to the beginning every time we add a pin. *If it could show Exit Numbers. *And PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make it so we can use it with Android users as well! Other than that we ABSOLUTELY LOVE inROUTE!!!!!! <3

I literally want to drive my car into a concrete pylon every time I try to get directions and it doesn’t route from where I am?? Why would the default programming NOT be to get you to the location you’re search for, FROM where I am instead of whatever random pin on the map?? And then when I go back and click my location for the start point it changes my destination to the random pin it chose first instead of the location I searched for. 😩😩😩

I’ve been using inRoute for 2 years. The directions are accurate and the weather information is so helpful. When I had a problem with the app, Customer Support was quick to reply, and worked diligently to solve the problem. What a relief because I didn’t want to have to use a different app when this one has been so reliable.

Have been trying out basic version and opted to pay for a month. Problems occurred with syncing between devices and Rob quickly replied with suggestions on how to fix. Rare that tech folks can respond quickly and effectively. Kudos to all.

The only problem I have with this app is when I’m looking for smaller roads to make a waypoint, I enlarge them to try to see what number of road it is and there is no label on the road. I’m doing this on a iPhone.
  • Outstanding!

I love this app! I only discovered it recently because it was rated as great for car play, but it has quickly become essential for me to plan my routes based on the elevation chart. Living near the Rocky Mountains, elevation is often a key factor in route planning.

All works well just wish the map didn’t lag when searching and creating waypoints
  • Needs some improvement.

There needs to be a way to change the numbers of points entered so that you can put them in order or can add a point that you see is needed later into the middle of the line somewhere and get it in the right order. Also when you are using, the route developed, it would be more desirable if the turns were referenced by road numbers rather than by street names because most of these people using inRoute are using it for commercial purposes and we use road numbers rather than street names. Desperately need the road number as the points description. The local street name does not help a person who is not from that area. The road number is the descriptor that we need. When the points have been positioned where they need to be, I do wish that the line and route would follow the pointsexactly by their number order and not try to route along the shortest route as the crow flies. We put in a specific order for a reason. Permits require exact, turning points and roots of travel.
