Any time that I don’t come into the app regularly then I get logged out by the time my actual period comes and then signing back in with the hassle is just annoying please fix the logging out after a certain amount of time. But if yall added period brain it would be nice.

I’ve use this app for years and didn’t really have any complaints other than the continuous prompts to pay for new features. I just wanted a basic period tracker. I go to log in this month after an update and all of my history is gone, back to 2019. I’m assuming I’d have to pay for plus to get it back or something. It logged me out and it’s like a brand new account now. I’m going to look into some other options since I have to start over anyways..

  • essential features behind a paywall

i have been using clue for YEARS, and i have had zero complaints about the app until now. I understand keeping certain features behind a paywall but it seems as if now they sneak more and more behind a paywall to the point where it’s getting ridiculous. This recent update was the last straw for me because now even checking cycle patterns is locked. As someone with irregular periods who relied on that feature to keep track for doctors visits, finding that I could no longer use it is so infuriating, especially since i have data going back YEARS. Unfortunately i think I am going to have to use another app because this is RIDICULOUS, do better Clue!

I’ve used clue for years and it has slowly degraded from a functional and useful app to one that I have to close 5 popups asking me to subscribe for “better insight”. The “insight” is a function that was free for years before now. It is harder to do everything in this app and it is more difficult to access the years of history I have logged.

I’ve used clue for years. I my was great until they made some design changes and applying daily updates became more taps away. And now I can’t even access the app unless I’m on a WiFi network, so when I’m at my doctors office I have to go through the trouble of connecting to their WiFi network ahead of time or make my doctor wait until I do. I also have a very strange period, I wish it would predict spotting with your period too because I spot regularly before and after my period for 1-5 days.
  • Too many ads

This used to be my go to tracking app, but now, everywhere you click there is a ad to subscribe to premium. I don’t want to pay. I simply want to track my average cycle dates. This honesty is insane. Goodbye Clue! Do better!

I’ve used this app for a while and really liked how easy and informative it was. I paused use for a while after Row v Wade was overturned due to my own privacy concerns, but came back to it after I felt more comfortable with using an app for tracking. The tracking is still very simple and straightforward, the visual layout is nice and clean, and the prediction continue to be super accurate. However, most of the period analysis tab is now behind a paywall and every time you log anything in the free free part of the app, they hit you with an ad for their paid subscription. It’s annoying and won’t change the fact I only use this app for period tracking and can’t afford another subscription for something that used to be completely free. If anything, it makes me want to stop using the app. Perhaps they could compromise and show the ad once per period. It would still be annoying but completely understandable from a marketing perspective. But having it pop up every single time I interact with the main tracking function is ridiculous and off-putting.

Hey developers! I’d upgrade to the paid version of this app if the app badge showed what day of my cycle I was on. Please do it!

I’ve used this app for years and i’m starting to hate it. first, the ads are relentless. secondly, you can’t even see how long your cycle is anymore without paying for clue plus. that is ridiculous. will be looking for another app
