I don’t have any problem sending pictures with a gmail account I have. My yahoo account will only send one picture at a time. Also cannot send emails through my Quickbooks system.
  • Bring back old themes!

Love the email experience with yahoo. No problems there, BUT the look of the app is just too plain and white. It used to have nice themes! The themes on the yahoo mail website are so pretty! Please add those themes to the app! The app just too plain to look at with the current themes available. Again, please make more aesthetically pleasing themes like the website has!

Cannot stand the constant ads that show up that I have absolutely no interest in. I liked Cox email page structure much more also. I could file mails into specific categories.

This group led by Ellen has been a life changer for me. I met my fiancé one year ago though Ellen’s group and we are living the dream life together. Thanks Ellen.
  • Access to the account

I have been trying to access my account for months because I forgot the password, when it comes to recovering the password with my mobile number, it never sends me a security code. Terrible service, with that attention they will lose the public that still wanted to use their services. Not recommended, at least to me, they didn't give me any solution.

  • Paid Premium Support ONLY 👎

I have had my yahoo mail for years. I got a new phone and now it isn’t recognized. I don’t have a recovery email or phone number (because I know my password). Now, I cannot sign in. I also cannot send a message to support because it is a paid premium service. I will be deleting the app and never signing in to that account again. Unfortunately, to complain you have to sign in 🤦‍♂️. So, instead I’ll just leave my resignation here. Goodbye Yahoo! It was fun while it lasted, I’m off to greener pastures at Google ✌️

I and everyone using the site sees the very specific information that you censor and block while allowing absolute filth as long as that person is pro Palestine Biden administration and LGBTQIA or Ukraine.
  • Change is challenging

My former email automatically showed up on my phone and 2 computers. Now I have to register each device I want to use, and you want my credit card even though the email is free. I won’t give you my credit card. Sometimes all of my emails show up. Sometimes only one category shows up. This will take some time to get used to. So will the gentle beep that notifies me of incoming mail. While that’s convenient, sometimes I need a silent phone. Though I have turned off the volume, it still beeps. I’m sure I will learn to adapt, but it’s challenging.
