    Your app is not allowing me to change my payment and then kicks me out, requiring me to reselect seats, but showing the previous seats as taken. So I keep getting seats farther away.

    Let’s be honest. You can’t unring the bell. Smart phones are a part of our lives, and henceforth always will be. Let’s use them for fun things as well as serious things. Get the Ballpark app, load your tickets, and simplify your life. There’s plenty of great employees at the stadium who are glad to help you get smooth with the system. Don’t get old. Get educated!

    I purchased 4 tickets over two games. After paying the app said nothing. No confirmation. No charge on my credit card per my bank. So 20 mins later I presumed there was an error and repeated the purchase. Then all of a sudden all of the purchases went thru. So no I have 8 tickets where I tried to get 4 and I’m left trying to sell them. Terrible business model. Get it together.

    I can’t ever get to go on mezzanine before game as you have turn it into a Ticketmaster Like competition. The discount thing is to complicated. I am a 32 year 13 game holder and I won’t be back next season.
