Taco Bell Fast Food & Delivery

I used the app twice and it’s fukn trash first time they missed a burrito and second time I didn’t even get my order, there is no customer service so ur just fukkked

I think this is the only food app that has rewards that expire

I have tried on and off for months to order through the app and always receive an error when checking out. I’ve restarted my phone, signed out of the app, redownloaded the app, deleted my payment info, and nothing has worked.

Took 20 min to get order ordering through app. Had to ask workers where food was. Not good enough to use.

There’s not a way to silence the bell noise when placing an order besides having your phone volume turned all the way down.

To preface this review - I LOVE Taco Bell. And when this app works, I love it too. But it’s been 6 months since I have successfully been able to order from the Taco Bell app, and it’s been breaking my heart. I’ve waited for countless updates, gotten my hopes up the “bug fixes” would give me access to my beloved “build your own cravings boxes” again, but to no avail. I’ve signed out of my app and signed back in. I’ve deleted it and redownloaded it. I’ve tried countless times to order, and every single time my payment method fails. Whether I try to use a card or Apple Pay, it’s always the same. And it is just as devastating of a blow every single time it happens. I just want to order Taco Bell on my phone again. Please fix this so I can ignore the rest of my problems with a face full of Crunchwrap supreme.

When you close out of delivery tracking, unlike any other app, this one doesn’t show you an option to see the delivery tracking again if you’re a guest user. The email tracking link pretty much doesn’t work either. Also no real way to contact support they just stick you to some survey.

The overall App itself works great. Only thing is Taco Bell is no longer cheap. Easily spending over $12 on the same items that use to cost $6

Several times now, I have been missing items on a large order, and the only way to submit a help request, is a broken link. Once you select the issue, a box to type what happened pops up, and when you click to type, it redirects to an error page. It’s been like this for quite a while because the first time was MONTHS ago and I figured it was a fluke. But I’m obviously not driving all the way back for 2 burritos, but 3+ times now I’ve paid for food I did not receive, and haven’t even been able to submit that I had an issue.

I have my phone in silent as I am at a funeral. I’ve been up for days helping set up and organize everything so I’m super tired and I haven’t eaten. It’s not a typical funeral, in my culture they last for 3 days and we’re at the event all day. It got to the part where elders were giving speeches for the deceased and I figured I’d have time to order real quick. While it was dead silent outside of one of the elders speaking my phone plays “dong” of the bell at the highest possible volume. Mind you my phone is on silent. It was disrespectful and embarrassing. So, I HAVE to give it zero stars
