Tired of using 3rd party caption apps on a phone. Would be great to have in Final Cut.

I need more professional color grading tools and AI features like the competition in order for me to keep using final cut!

I wish there were more functionality to compete with DaVinci and Premiere - but I still love FCP best. The ease of use and magnetic timeline are the best.

I've been looking for a solid video editor for some time now. I have tried a few but needed something more professional. COMING from a Sony Vegas Pro background, it was tough. Then, I found FCP. It's a truly fantastic piece of software. I highly recommend it.
  • The most intuitive NLE

FCP is the most intuitive Non Lineal Editor of the bunch. The magnetic timeline is a stroke of genius. When you want to move things around on typical track system you have to stop thinking creativily and focus on technology in order to avoid messing up your timeline. Thanks to the magnetic Timeline, FCP gets out of the way allowing you to focus on being creative.

  • Cycle Regions in Final Cut?

It's funny that Logic Pro and Final Cut are both Apple products yet one of the best features of Logic, the Cycle Region, hasn't migrated to Final Cut. It would be SO nice to stretch out a cycle region over a series of cuts being worked on so that a rhythm can be fine-tuned.
  • Went from Premiere Pro to Final Cut.

The best decision was going from premiere to final cut.. I have almost every single tool and set up as premiere, but for 1/100th of the cost. I can literally do every single thing I did on premiere, with final cut... and final cut it way more user friendly as well. Also, the autosave for final cut is AMAZING. I can't begin to tell you how many times I've gone 30-1hour on premiere, and it crashed on me.. not saving anything.. all the work I did for the last hour was gone. Not with final cut, It has an instant save after every move and it is amazing. I highly suggest final cut over premiere.
