  • Can’t pin own messages

    I like that pinning messages are finally a thing but it’s super annoying that I can’t pin my own messages that I send; only the group owner can pin messages in chats. I can understand not being able to pin others’ messages but you should be able to pin your own messages.

    Horrible app. My work uses this. And it upsets me EVERY SINGLE TIME. I HATE IT. Always crashes. Never loads. Nothing ever sends. Freezes my phone. And its just THIS APP. I HATE IT. I wish my job would use another app it makes me so mad every single time I have to use it. FIX IT PLEASE

    No matter what I do restart re download the app always freezes while looking at gallery when trying to load conversations there’s a delay to show responses, and for the life of me when sending picture it takes days to send or does not send at all it’s soo annoying since all three of my kids teams use this app to communicate

  • Hard to create an account

    I tried creating an account but it keeps telling me to agree to the terms and conditions which is nowhere to be found. I clicked on the terms of service link and still, NO WHERE to agree to such terms. This shouldn’t be that difficult.

    I’ve tried multiple times and it will not load on my iPhone. It keeps telling me to accept the terms of service and there’s no way to do so.

    Please make a @ everyone or @ team option so when you want to address everyone in the chat you don’t have to select individual names.

  • App hasn’t worked right for 6 months now.

    Previous release had every time I was opening the app going to the “add image” menu. Now when I click on notifications it goes to the “message details”… would love for the app to actually take me to the chat at some point.

    Okay so the video chat is sub-par I was unable to eliminate using other video chat options When you want to @everyone or certain users it doesn’t work you’ll have to do it separate When you add something to a calendar you cannot edit it the picture option is too small and you cannot add it to your calendar at all The archive nor delete option doesn’t work at all Please get with the time I see other options such as teams, messenger, what’s app, signal, discord etc all get with the obvious issues

    App is slow to open and slow to upload anything needs to looked at for slow intermittent connectivity
