    I paid for a year of NFL + in 2024 and it only worked for 9 games. In my naivety I paid for a month of NFL + to watch the draft. The streaming service did not work for the majority of rounds 2 and 3. I do not have cable, and I do not intend to pay for cable. NFL + was my only way to watch NFL games and it does not work. As a side note NFL+ does not reimburse patrons when its service is down. As mentioned earlier, I paid for service to watch the draft, and 7 days later I cannot access any content. My Apple phone shows I have a subscription, but NFL + wants me to buy another subscription. I experienced this problem from April of 2023 until I quit watching football November. The problem has resumed in May of 2024. As for support, the app is strictly a chatbot that sends you in circles, but it really does not resolve any problems. In my opinion this app is a money grab by the NFL. They take your money and they do not fulfill their commitments. I have not read their terms and conditions, but I can only assume that the NFL, like every greedy American corporation (opinion), they have adequately protected themselves against any form of consumer dissatisfaction. In my personal opinion, as a cord cutter, NFL+ is not a viable solution to watch American football. More importantly, I have used all of the major streaming services, and I have “cut cords” since 2019. I have independent streaming services as my sole form of “screen watching” since 2020. I only provide this context to state, with half a decade of “Streaming Experience” NFL+ is the WORST streaming service on the market that I have EVER experienced. As a very important side note. I used the NFL app for roughly a decade prior to NFL +. I used prior versions of their streaming service (both paid subscription and free with cellular), which were all fantastic. I provided previous 5 star nods of appreciation. I have historically loved this service. NFL + is the biggest disappointment as it relates to streaming that I have ever experienced. They take your money and do not provide service and then they ask for more money to watch the content you have already subscribed. TERRIBLE!!!!!

    Why was the iPad app changed to be portrait mode??? This change makes no sense whatsoever. With the amount of money the NFL makes every year you’d think they would have a top notch app. Nope, it’d been terrible for years and now will be getting deleted…

    The new layout is awful. The old one was perfectly fine. You go to news and scroll down till your read anything. Now it’s some non-intuitive, unintelligent side scrolling nonsense and only has like three articles. What’s the point?

    Just a terrible app. At one point it was the app to use for current and relevant nfl information but that is no longer the case. So disappointing.

    How do you not have a search feature in your app? It is either not there or really hard to find. You have a lot of video content but I can’t search for specific players or teams? That’s basic 101 stuff

    What was a nicely made, informative app is now bloated and hard to navigate. I don’t want to register or give he NFL my info. I’m getting better content from Yahoo, and that’s not a good one either. Deleting.
