    Upon arrival in Charlotte, we were advised that all baggage is shutdown due to weather. They expect a 2 hour delay in off loading bags. Pathetic they can’t work in some rain. I will fly a different airline in the future and cancel my American Airlines credit card. Totally unacceptable.

    I am a loyalty customer with American Airline for many years, unfortunately, I have to speak up, the mobile app is not user friendly, I recommend for an improvement to save time and sufficient.

    One of the worst companies I have ever flown with. I was taking a trip from Tampa to Chicago then from Chicago back to my hometown , my plane coming into Chicago from Tampa was 10 minutes late and then Proceeded to sit in the airstrip for another 30+ minutes. I had only a 40 minute layover to leave Chicago and when I got off the plane I ran to my next gate because of how late we were not only did they close the gate and deny me the flight they also rejected my refund claiming its “ not there fault” I missed my flight. Over a 600$ ticket not used or refunded. Do better.

    I am done with American Airlines,they are claiming delay while others flight are living. I will not recommend there service is very poor and the quality is poor . Got packed at Chicago the all day claiming delays, don’t risk with them.

    This is absolutely worst baggage claim anywhere! I travel all over the US, international and never do I have to wait so long for baggage Today was just another example…luggage came out on a different belt, golf clubs were the last item out finally! I flew first class, executive platinum and service has to get better at this airport. The flight was excellent and service on the flight was exceptional!

    Better to book from your desktop. Sometimes I intentionally choose a United flight over American because American’s app isn’t worth the hassle, it’s so buggy.

    Bumped from our flight in DC en route to Roatan for maintenance. All the employees have been kind. My complaint is that American Airlines is very understaffed and not willing to make the necessary adjustments to accommodate customer experience appropriately

    Go back to letting us pay and make changes in the app. Having to go to the website from the app is annoying. The whole purpose of the app is to make changes without being redirected.
