    Used to get Starbux all the time until they started taking 15 min to make a coffee and charge you $8 for a requested double or triple shot and actually never put that in, just logged on after about a year and the app has changed so now you can’t see your balance and number of stars right away when you open it, why would you do that? I’ll stick with my homebrew-

    I have it scanned whenever I get a Starbucks & sometimes it gives me my points sometimes not. I was told if I save my receipt & don’t get the points to contact Starbucks & they’ll add the points on. I did the once & they did. Problem being, I clicked to redeem the double points for that day, I told the Starbucks representative this & they didn’t add the extra points 🙄today I got a Starbucks & it was a triple points day. Again it to didn’t give me my points but I did get a free Starbucks bc of my target circle rewards. That’s more reliable than this app

  • Keep Getting Logged Out

    About once a week I get logged out of the app and have to start all over again. This didn’t start happening until a few months ago and now is constantly annoying. Several times I have had to pay outside the app with Apple Pay so I missed out on rewards and there is no way to get them back. Maybe it’s time to ditch the app and go back to paying through Apple Pay every time.

    The biggest problem with this app is every time I open it. I have to reset my password to log into it. Because I never remember it. And no, for some reason the face recognition on it never seems to work and it never remembers the password and I certainly don't either so I keep having to reset it. To make matters worse they update this app way too frequently so every time I go to use it, it has bugs and have to update it. How about you guys just do updates once every quarter

    Placed an order this morning. I got an error message. Closed the app, and when I opened it back up my Starbucks card balance was reduced, but order was not placed. Store would not give me the order that I was charged for, and support refused to refund. Instead thought it was best to talk me in circles. Disappointing service! I remember when Starbucks was about good customer service 😡

  • Mobile ordering issues

    For over a week the app has been giving error messages when attempting to place mobile orders. It says try again later. I’ve downloaded the two most recent versions hoping they’ve fixed the error but the error continues.
