This app works around 50% of the time only. That's abysmal. Shame on you developers, for failing the public so completely. Crashes constantly, won't autofil frequently, and won't let me edit my passwords. Utter garbage.
  • No longer safe or reliable: just frustratingly broken!

Like many other Apple users, I've been locked out of my LP Vault for many weeks and their “free support” has no solutions. The “export your passwords” function is gone too, probably because they don’t want to make it an encrypted process or make it easy to change to a competitor app that works better. However, if you buy an annual subscription, THEN you can talk to live help and export your PWs. Pay an unreliable company to get an “upgraded app” that may or may not work with Apple devices? No thanks! Very sad that the innovative, flawless LastPass is gone…

Facial recognition was seemingly randomly disabled for iOS, then would not accept any of my prior 2 master passwords.
  • Excellent PW SW

Chrome and Firefox on my desktop, Safari on my laptop, app literally broke and I lost the majority of my passwords. It kept probably 50% of them, of which I can only access via the vault. They don’t autofill or populate anything through the extension for any of my 3 browsers. My god, I stuck through the data breaches, slow loading times and high cpu usage because I was too lazy to switch to another password manager. Words can’t describe how much I regret sticking with this god awful product

If you want an app that is so secure it takes all of your passwords and won’t even let YOU see them, then this is the app for you. It will not accept my master password. It used to allow face ID on the iOS app. What happened to that? This is totally ridiculous. Software Development 101: Test before you release!! I can only imagine how many people have been screwed by the irresponsibility here.

I used LastPass in several years and I am a family membership user. Recently I lost my LastPass master password on my computer. My iPhone works fine. Since there is no online chat and call number, I have sent email to LastPass support to fix my issue. The customer support shared the guide how to recovery by computer and by phone. Ironically I tried by computer and iPhone, all failed and show error page during the recovery. I lost my iPhone LastPass access as well. I sent a new email for help, the next day I got replied. the support mentioned there are no recovery data detected from my account. if none workable, I can reset my master password but all vault is 0! I lost 400 vaults and some vaults can not be accessed because no verification setup or iPhone number changing issue. What a scam company without saving paid user’s data.
