    When the game is actually working correctly people are cheating through one of the many dice loop holes.

    Noteworthy…. Our family loves playing this game but your recent partner event is not running smoothly.I partnered with my husband and got the first 200 hundred dice just fine, then went to the cash and the to the pink safe where in lies the problem we encountered. I got it but my husband didn’t and now he has to use his own stuff to push it to the line to get the safe when I already got us there. Any clue on how this could be fixed without losing all progress on the game. We have closed the game, etc…short of deleting everything at this point. Thank you!

    I have been playing for a year and half now and have seen plenty of the change. Which is understandable because it's tech and it's forever changing and needing updates. Pretty much the only reason I'm giving this 4/5 is because of the support chat. The version from facebook when you hit contact us doesn't work. I went through the app for support on an issue.. and it's took 9 hours for a response in a chat and was pretty generic. With my professional experience... 9 hours response time on a chat is unacceptable. You might as well get rid of it at that point and just make it email. Or.. hire people that actually want to work. There are plenty of over qualified people looking for work. Please let us know where to apply.

    I loved this game until recently. Rolls aren’t counted correctly. My game has gotten multiple errors and I’ve lost cards, dice and other prizes. I lost stickers during the new album as I opened a vault and got stickers then the game suddenly restarted and I lost everything and customer service won’t help even with screenshots! This game makes it really hard to advance or play unless you buy dice. They keep giving duplicate stickers so you can’t finish the album. If something doesn’t change I won’t play anymore as the game feels rigged to make you lose rewards if you don’t buy dice and sticker packs from them!! There are SO MANY people who cheat with AIRPLANE MODE so us non-cheaters can’t win tournaments and we can’t level up and get the high end prizes. SCOPELY needs to address these issues immediately!! UPDATED The new Parade Partner event is broken. Points are not syncing for each partner properly. My partner got us to the blue vault and I didn’t get the vault and he did! Customer service isn’t helpful and Scopely has yet to make any kind of announcement. People are spending dice and drums and not getting proper compensation. This makes me think previous events were rigged as well and points didn’t sync!!!

    Needs work dice shouldnt that expensive. And when complete a voard im get 65 dice 9mill come on monopoly thats bad. When completing a board dice should be 100 going up same for the money like come on now. Monopoly was board. Game that was free now its like dice only 65 for doing something this newd work

  • Fix the glitches and correct your wrongs

    The glitches are insane and no compensation given when you lose all your dice and rewards due to glitches even the player’s spending lots of money to keep playing only for the game to glitch they don’t respond thur support nor make it right players are going to stop playing not to mention the amount of people that hack the game boost dice and rip ya off the game was fun not so much anymore!!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Played tournament all day even bought dice a few times just for mine and my partners points to not add up at all, contacted customer service and the problem was never resolved.

    THE ALGORITHM FOR TRADE PARTERS IS TERRIBLE IT PURPOSELY SPINS AND NOT LAND ON THE WHAT PLAYERS NEED OR THE NEEDLE STOPS COMPLETE THEN MOVES AFTER STOPPING FOR A SEC OR TWO YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE PLAYERS GETTING SHAFTED AND THE AMOUNT OF DICE WASTED TO GET WHAT YOU NEED HAS TO BE REVIEWED… SIMPLY YOU HAVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT / GAME EVERYONE CAN SEE IT!

    When they have special games within the game that have a wheel u spin all quantities are equal yet it lands on the lowest number more than the high. It’s no reason i should land on 120 or 200 and never land on 2000 once
