    New update gives you the first few chapters free and then you either waste 2 mins watching ads to read for a minute or pay for it. If you’re going to consume so much of my time for these short chapters it’s not worth it. I’ll be deleting the app. Edit: you say you did this to fairly compensate but you tipped the balance too far. Two mins of the readers time for a tiny chapter ? That’s a joke. You need longer chapters or more chapters for 2 mins.

    Stories are entertaining and communicating with the authors to express interest has been fun. Firstly, books will say complete when they are not completed even though the author may have on their end that it’s completed. Last 20 chapters must be paid for with coins which is no issue to me as you can just watch ads. Waiting an hour each day can be annoying but allowed me to read more chapters whereas now they require you to watch 3 one minute ads with a cap on the amount of ads you can watch so now I am not able to read as many chapters as I used to. I understand that the switch to ads was in order to accommodate the authors, but this is now really frustrating for the readers. Maybe suggest doing a mix of waiting an hour for reading and ads instead or remove the cap of ads. But PLEASE fix the loading ads issue. Most of the time the ads won’t load and break the app which is mentioned by other users.

  • Why take the hour timer

    When I ran out of coins to get a chapter there was a hour timer to wait and it would become free until you got to the last 20 chapters now it’s not there anymore and I wish they would bring it back…. But don’t get me wrong this is an amazing app with amazing content just wish they would bring the hour timer back

    Overall I like this app and the books on it. But I'm reading a book and all of a sudden the chapters aren't opening after an hour ... what happened?

    Okay books some really good and some completely disjointed. I would have given this 4 starts, but recent update downgraded my rating. It used to be you could open new chapters after and hour for free. Then the last 20 required the use of coins. With the most recent update you have to pay a ridiculous number of coins per chapter or watch 3 f-ing ads to open the next chapter. You need to fix it back! If it doesn’t change I’ll finish the books I’ve started and then leave forever.
