  • Spotty, unreliable, disconnects often at random.

-Be me -Lives near middle of dorm building -our choices of wifi providers are boingo or x-finity (only for Beale’s on base housing) - wifi is fast but disconnects so much it goes at less than the speed of a 1960’s dialup modem in terms of overall performance -repeatedly put a “boingo wifi is now available choose a plan today…” sign on my door, despite it being the ONLY provider, and the wifi is down -beale is not a location able to be selected on the support page -spend more time on the login screen than any other webpage -login screen consistently fails to do its job connecting to a single phone and laptop, and despite having both set to connect, one at a time, still can’t connect, as 90% of the attempts to login are met with ‘something went wrong’ appearing below the password box, the other 10 percent have a ‘the server failed to connect to the login’ 0/10 will get X-finite the moment available

Try to connect saying no internet connection. Over half the features on the app don’t work. The app doesn’t say the same stuff as on the website. I ended up canceling and going with tds internet on fort Carson. Worked fine before korea deployment but after it just stopped working. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.

LITERALLY is the worst internet provider, and the fact that I’m PAYING for WiFi that has the quality of FREE wifi is actually insane
  • Super expensive and doesn’t work.

I rarely leave reviews but this made me so mad I am. You have to connect to the network after every time you leave and sign in again and even that doesn’t work every time. Super slow speeds and so annoying. Not worth the $50. Go with spectrum, so much better!
  • A bummer

You would have a better chance using a cellular hot spot for downloading than Boingo Wifi. It might be the worst wifi I have ever been forced to use on (deployments, school house, or detachments) it’s down right unpatriotic the price they have have us pay for the quality of their service. Not worth it and will never do it again.
  • Pay more for connectivity issues

Literally any other service offers faster speeds for the same price. And they have a limit to the number of devices, and it costs 10$ more for every new device. Rarely ever works I drop connection often. If you have any other options, go with them.
  • Worst WiFi service

Boingo monopolizes the on-base WiFi options for military personnel, yet their service is lamentably subpar. The marketplace is ripe for a rival to challenge their dominance. A marginally improved provider could easily usurp Boingo's position. Their persistent service disruptions and protracted recovery periods are tantamount to exploiting the military community with inferior connectivity solutions. This is thanks we get for serving our country. Thank you for nothing.

Worst excuse for a service provider. Got charged the full amount for a monthly plan that doesn’t even provide the advertised speeds, can’t even play a simple Xbox game, customer support doesn’t do anything, goes out constantly on the holidays overseas… it’s just terrible. Do not waste your money. All of the negative things people say about it is true.
  • Not great

Not that great. It will not let me connect any other devices I have and I don’t understand why. It says I can connect another device but whenever I try it tells me “Add failure your update failed try again” this is really starting to get annoying. Fix this
