    This is 100% a scam. I’ve had this game for two years now but I will never play this game again and it will be deleted off my account and my children will no longer play this game. As soon as I got enough to redeem actual money, they scammed me out of it. I changed my cell phone provider and decided to get a new number upon changing my number on my account they deleted all of my money I will be reporting this app for fraud. If you’ve had the same thing to done to, you report them to the FBI’s Internet fraud division!!!!!! They reply with contact support ha what a joke support never responds.

    Your app is trying to force me to buy parcels. I do not want to buy and not letting me buy the ones that I am and it says this using my location, but it’s not letting me buy the building that I’m standing in front of that I wanna buy it saying that I’m down the street from where I am and I’ve got it set to receive my location. Also, you need to make it more user-friendly because if you say we can buy our exes so we can make money off of their property or whatever my ex lives in another state. Let me just type in the address of where I want to buy at.

    I love the game but I often have issues with the arcade rewards not working with certain posted rewards, and for some reason it's always apps that I sink hours into where the rewards don't work, idk if it's something with the time frame of completing tasks but I'm tired of not being rewarded and never having the "support team" respond to support tickets. Being honest, I do not think there is a support team considering I've made 4 tickets out of 50 completed tasks and after 4 weeks there has been no response or update or fix on any of the 4 tickets.

    I really wanted to be able to give a better review because it has been a fun short distraction app. So after a few months with the explorer’s club I decided to give it a try. The first month went ok but when it came time to renew. It didn’t let me in the app under manage subscription. Or let me just get a new one. Hidden in the web app version there was an invoice. Which I did find about 4 days before the end of my first month. So I decided to go ahead and pay it. Which was a mistake it took over a week for it to become active so I missed the bonus for the 90 day streak. At that point I contacted customer service and it took 3-4 different times to get anyone to respond. And all they did was just ask for details about when and what app version. But it would be a week or so between responses from them. Then the subscription ended 3 days early and when I contacted them it took weeks to even respond. They just said they forwarded it to the team and I checked back 2 more times for updates because of long times with nothing. Only to be told that there is nothing they can do even though I paid for something they promised and they didn’t deliver what was promised.

  • Fixed issues causing crashes???

    Been playing for nearly a year. EVERY SINGLE UPDATE causes crash of program. Almost all the x50 specials events also causes crash. And upon crash, every time I have to unload game, reload game, power down phone etc, with usually only it working again after a day plus of this routine. Commercials watched have gotten longer over time played. Some exceed a minute now. Many include an x to close which either doesn’t close, merely moves to another commercial, or give option to close without rewards. I love the concept of the game. But the “work” required to play is to the balance point where I’m ready to quit and only come on every couple of months to collect again.

    I have to buy anything and everything else on EARTH in which we make it all necessarily free. Buying land is easier than selling everything from my allowance. But it’s hard to go!

  • Fantastic game overall

    I like the game, I barely watch ads, or spin the spinner and I’m at a dollar earned in my first year or so playing. My first month I barely earned 3 cents, so it’s definitely picking up! I just wish the diamonds for the spins were more common and would pop up closer. As a stay at home parent of 3 special needs kids, I can’t just drive around all day looking for them lol, otherwise, great app! Can’t wait for the first payout!
