  • Waste of money

    Love the rayban glasses, I think teaming up with meta was a mistake. The app is complete garbage and never pairs or works even after the glasses are paired with the phone. Literally a complete waste of money. I wish Elon, Apple or Samsung would develop something better.

    I love these glasses!!! I like how they are hands free. The video and picture quality is as expected. I wish the AI was better. My BIGGEST ISSUE is whenever there’s an update I lose connectivity from my phone to my glasses and then it cannot be found. I have to unpair them and they still do not work. The Ray-Ban site is no help. But then after a couple of days it works again. Worth the price but not the headache.

    I’m unable to connect to my glasses. I removed one of them and tried to pair it again and now I can’t even activate my glasses. The app sees the glasses and then fails at the activating step.

  • Terrible App, “Something went wrong”

    I recently purchased the Meta Ray-bans and I still am not able to set them up every time I open them I am prompted by the same error “ something went wrong” and “please wait and try again later” Before buying these glasses, I consulted meta’s own AI. Meta AI Went on an inaccurate and false information frenzy on how it would be possible to develop a custom app for the Ray-Bans but after doing further research and scavenging the meta-developer portal I came to the conclusion that there is no SDK for the glasses. These glasses have huge potential But currently, I see where all the negative reviews are coming from.

  • Glasses will not pair back again with Bluetooth, be careful, after many attempts and reset

    After 3 weeks my glasses will not pair anymore. After numerous attempts and reset. And of course. You will need to buy another pair as a solution. And when it happens again just buy another pair. If you have had a prescription in them it’s even more expensive so overall they were fun while they work but no fun in losing captures and having to do a reset just for your glasses to NEVER PAIR AGAIN.

  • Faulty and broken hardware

    Do not buy these! If they break, there is no way for you to get this repaired. Their after sales support team is outsourced and they just glasses back as is and don’t even tell you what our next steps are. Horrible customer service both on hardware and software. Save your money.

  • Hey Meta! Mic stopped working on update

    Was working just fine until the v4.0 + app update today. Did factory reset and no go. Now the Hey Meta/Okay Meta no longer works. Kind of useless without voice commands. $400 paperweight unless it can be fixed
