    Good starting point to get into stretching. Bothersome from the original download to receive an offer for reduced paid version without even being able to see nor try the app. I think that approach of do it now or lose out is tacky and rivals what spammers do. I did pay for the year only to realize that the app is what i would call just ok. There are no dynamic stretching options and no animations/videos showing the stretch. Not all of the stretches were known to me. Apparently the expectation is that you find where you can click on the stretch and read the paragraph on how to do the stretch WHILE you're stretching? Hopefully developers will continue to improve the user experience. Current iteration of this app I would not pay to renew.

    Bend is a great app, but you have to pay ether monthly or yearly. And I do not want to pay for a app. I suggest you getting the app taking notes on the stretches then delete the app. Other wise if you are willing to pay for it then go for it.

    I love the flexibility I’ve gained but overall I feel looser and have less fatigue at the end of the work day. I’ve recommended this app to all of my coworkers but not until I had done it for a few weeks myself. It’s been a game changer for me.
