    Love that it names my plants but has been so far off on when I should water, I now have several sick plants from overwatering. I’m a newbie to getting houseplants to grow and thrive so maybe I relied on the app too much. I canceled my subscription and bought a water meter instead. Sorry, Greg! Was hoping this would be helpful so my plants would do well.

    I came across this app by chance after purchasing hydrangeas at my local grocery store and checking out the accompanying QR code. What a blessing! I love how it can identify any plant just by a photo - down to the size of your pot and distance from a window - so impressive. I also love that you can find out exactly what your plants need to thrive in your space, and get help from the community if any question or problem should arise. It’s such a lovely place to spend time learning and connecting with fellow plant lovers I cannot recommend this highly enough!

    If you do not want to pay for plant care don’t get this app. There are many glitches and nothing to do without a subscription, I tried the free trial and still had to pay!! During my “free trial” the water schedule was unreliable and drowned my plants. I’m VERY disappointed in this app, I had higher expectations.

    I have roughly 60-75 plants in my care. I used to keep a tedious list of reminders in my phone to help me keep track. Greg has COMPLETELY lifted the mental load and I could not be more grateful. My plants look better than ever, too. Greg doesn’t just remind you to water, it’s the whole package. The dev team is super friendly and responsive. They are very welcoming of feature requests and constructive criticism or there just to help if you’re a bit lost. They have some amazing developments in the work and I’m so excited for the future of this app. I’ve never been more impressed! (I don’t think I’ve ever even wanted to review an app before…)

    DO NOT even waste your time or pay anything on this app! Out of 23 plants, it didn’t get a single one right! Four of them were identified as marijuana, not even close. It even identified philodendron as marijuana! Such a joke! Nothing but a sham!

    Looks like this would be a good app to use BUT I’m not fond of apps that say “ in app purchases “ and are basically a “must” pay to get any info. Seems like a bait and switch scenario. I don’t need all the common sense reminders plus pay for them. Your app isn’t the only one that has to be downloaded and THEN find out it has a subscription… just not for me.

    Paid $30 just watering reminders and plant instructions because I’m a beginner with terrible green thumb and within two weeks all my plants had been way overwatered. Not worth it at all

    I decided I wanted to give a plant app a try and boy did I get lucky in finding this one! I love being able to catalog all of my plants according to their location. It has been super helpful to finally have a site that tells me ways to keep my “babies” healthy. I especially love the community feature so I can read more ideas and have my questions answered. I would really like to see additional options on lighting instead of a yes or no to direct sunlight. I live in SWFL and I have a screened lanai. Many of my plants live there year round. Those that need full sun are still in “dappled” light due to the screen. Perhaps adding more choices for lighting our outdoor plants would be beneficial. Keep up the great work, @gregapp!!! @LadyKSunshine

    I have had a few problems with the mechanics of this app and instead of focusing on that in my review, I would like to point out that Erika has gone above and beyond for me. She has been wonderfully responsive in helping me to sort everything out.
