    I don’t have time to write a full blown review as I’m trying to reconcile why we paid thousands of dollars for a surround sound system that doesn’t play surround sound. The updated app (the one we hoped would fix all of its unending bugs) is useless, constantly blasting music in outdoor California room without prompting (much to the love of our neighbors) yet REFUSES to let us listen to the TV inside our house much less turn the sound off. We have had to go to sleep with music playing on the system because it will not turn off. I have called customer support which fixes the system for about a day then it all resumes back to its original frustratingly useless state. I can’t be the only one experiencing these issues and am wracking my brain trying to figure out why this app has positive reviews. Would rather bang my head against a wall while feeding dollar bills through a shredder than deal with this system.

    Just want to offset negative reviews. The app is fine and does what it needs to do. I have 10 speakers all over the house and the update did not affect my system negatively.
  • Should have never seen the light of day

    A lesson in how to anger an entire customer base with the click of a release button. The new app is slow, doesn’t show what’s playing, is missing features, doesn’t have functions it has 3 days ago… utter disaster.
  • Update is not user friendly

    The new update appears to be out together hastily. Poor user experience. Most glaringly they left off features from the previous app, including alarms. Who updates an app to have less features than before? The same company that produces overpriced hardware that becomes obsolete within a few years of purchasing it. It’s about time the market had an alternative to Sonos. Come on competition, you can crush these fools

    Why would you delete the search function for the music database? What a horrible idea. Please fire the project manager. I could not care less for the new fancy home page…
  • Horrible !

    The app performed as expected before the re-launch of the app. Post re-launch it is such a screw up ! Not seen such a horrible app before. I am not even able to connect or set up my speakers after multiple attempts and factory resets. Thanks to the app I am thinking of returning the entire speaker set!
  • Removed alarm feature?!

  • New App Failure

    The new app struggles to add new devices. Took me 2hrs and multiple resets to add 2 devices to our system. Anytime you play a song it defaults to a room we are not playing music in. If you change a song it again switches rooms. The music will stop playing at random. All of these issues started with the new app. I wish I could just go back. Yes the new app is cleaner but the music part that is important is broken…
