    I love this app but the new update is annoying because it says I have 72 unread even though I’ve read them all. The most recent one I keep opening and closing and the notification won’t go away.

    I love this app. It’s awesome for me and my husband that have been together for 12 years now but the thing about it is that I wish there was more options for people that can’t always pay for it,if there was more options to be able to do a couple of tasks a day rather than just one a day. I’d like to get my husband into it before we pay for it but when you only have one task a day that doesn’t really relate to you and your relationship it doesn’t help to see if we want to pay for it. Also some people can’t afford that kind of stuff so it would be nice to be able to open up some for the people that wanna work on the relationship or keep the relationship spicy but can’t afford everything.

    My husband and I love this app but noticed that the option to message on there is just entirely gone. We had a lot of great conversations there and we have no way to look back OR to discuss answers on anything we answer. If the messaging comes back ever then I would give 5 stars easily

    Hi! My boyfriend and I both have been enjoying this app and the way it helps us better communicate. We are about to be long distance when he begins military training so we are hoping this app will help us continue to strengthen our Relationship. One thing we both wished the app allowed was more back and forth messages within the question prompts! It helps us better articulate what we were trying to say when the other person has the opportunity to respond to your prompt after you both have answered. If you add more of a chat feature within the question prompts then I’ll definitely update to five stars! Thanks!

    I will start by saying my wife and I have used this app for 18 months and have loved it for the most part. 6 months ago I would have given a five star review. But the latest updates and releases are quickly killing this app. (1) Feature - Taking away the ability to chat with your partner about your answers was a huge error. I have used the app significantly less since that feature went away. For an app that prides itself on improving relationships and communications, why would you limit the in app ability to communicate? (2) Bug - on the latest release all of my old responses got marked as unread. In order to clear them, I have to go through every single conversation one by one. Sometimes they are marked read after one view... sometimes it takes 2-3 views to have them marked as read... and then I have about 25 that no matter what I do, they stay unread. The end result is that I constantly have notifications of unread messages, so I don't actually know when it's a real new one. If neither of these improve, I will not renew for a third year.

    I had a partner years ago, deleted the app and my account -new partner and tried to re-sign back up and it retrieved all of my old information and not only that but showed it to my current partner. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for an app like this. Not to mention that they leave you hanging for hours when you try to contact support.

    I love this app. It's helped me and my partner so much. Whenever we get into a fight we always use this app afterard to do some reconnecting. There's only one thing I would say and it's just an idea I think would help the app. The quizzes and questions can only ever be answered once unless you restart the app. I think it would be a cool feature if you were able to retake the quizzes and questions in the future to compare your answers as you get older. That way you can see the progress you've made.
