    I’m going to keep it short here. This App will annoy you, not work correctly at times, and clock you off when you were asked to come in to fill a shortage in staffing. Above all if use this App watch your hours like a hawk and make sure they pay you for your time you put into the company.

    The app has slowly added most everything I have wanted. The only problem I have is when shifts are posted no notifications are sent out. The managers all said it should send them automatically but the only notifications we get are for PTO approval. Please fix this issue as it would help with staffing. We don’t know the extra shifts are being posted so they aren’t getting picked up.

    Sometimes it requires me to reload the application multiple times on my work phone! Sometimes I am having to load my id’s and such into my personal and work phones… I use them in tandem!(because I am required to sign in several times to be to use my phones…plural) it makes it frustrating!

    Since the last update the ppto and the pto counter is messed up. Plus now associates can make orders? Oh goody another freakin thing thats gonna be put the on us employees to do. Things that were ounce the responsibility of management is becoming the responsibility of the average sales associate. So not only do we have to the grunt work, but more and more management work too. Except they cut our hours and don’t give us management pay. Walmart stop putting stuff on our already filled plates, then complain stuff isn’t getting done.🤬

    Keeps randomly logging me out and I have to go through the whole 2 step verification again. It is almost a weekly occurrence. Also a problem if you aren’t connected to the wifi- keeps saying that you are outside the building when you are.

    Unsafe and tracking isn’t appropriate. It also has a lot of malfunctioning and doesn’t work half of time using.

    After 5 days of logging, I have to use my secondary phone which I do not carry, to login with “VIP Access”. I understand the reason behind it but it would be more useful to use the security features that are available so if the secondary phone ever becomes unavailable— there is still a way to login in to the app. I have face recognition to open the app, why not utilize text or personal email instead of VIP Access?
