    I’ve tried them all, only RP gives you the flexible guidance necessary to stay on track and get results. I lost 12lbs in 12 weeks and after stabilizing, I’m going for 8 weeks, I’m going to try to keep going down.

    From a lifelong MMA practitioner and competitor: I never had to worry about my diet or training program until I began approaching my 30’s. Got hit hard with reality when I got older and less metabolically active. This app has helped me learn bits and pieces of dieting that I didn’t know about before. It’s also done all the calculations for me in my game-plan and that to me is priceless. My ideas of losing weight before this app were highly volatile and potentially harmful, this app and Renaissance Periodization have shown me the smart way to take control of my physique and schedule.     I’ve counted macros many times in the past with minimal results. A friend suggested this app to me since getting results of her own and taking her past a plateau. I don’t know what exactly is different with this program but it is immediately working. And I love how you can add your ingredients first and adjust from there to come up with the perfect meal. Some may find that tedious but I find it fun.

    This app has helped me plan out my meals to meet my goals! It takes care of all of the heavy lifting. All I do is scan the bar code to add items and then use the slider to fit my macros. Plus the ability to add things from restaurant menus is amazing! Thanks RP for such a helpful app!

  • Adjusting macro allotments between meals is a nightmare

    I’ve been dieting successfully for some time but I was hoping this would help me navigate through those plateaus that arise as your metabolism adjusts but this app is too convoluted in making adjustments. Logging the food was such a hassyl because the app is pushing you to get the quantities into the perfect amounts and if you didn’t there’s too many hoops to jump through to move them around. There’s no standardization across your schedule for moving just 10 carbs from meal 1 to meal 2 so I end up having to make the same customizations to my diet every day that I go back in. I’m sure this app will perform the desired caloric adjustments over time etc but it was too much of a nuisance to work with on a daily basis. I use Cronometer to track my weight and calories and I can copy and paste logs from 1 day to the next with 1 click of a button. I know I’m not getting advice there but I wish the interface was as easy to use as that is.

    After you download, provide information, and pay, it’s faster to just cancel the app than get a response from the publisher. Too many defects, simply does not work.
