  • It’s OK but sketchy

Barely half the time it reports respiration. That’s my only criticism. I like to see my stats each day to better understand my sleep patterns. It would be better if capturing the data was more accurate.

I have just started going through the different things it can do. I like it so far. I like the way it displays the data better than the health app

Knowing how I’ve slept night to night seems to teach me how to sleep better. My sleep has improved. I’m still learning how to read the charts.
  • Still the most useful sleep app

I have tried other apps, but this one is the best at helping me understand my sleep patterns and what I am doing while asleep, such as my oxygen saturation levels and respirations. I live alone and need this information for health reasons.

My circadian rhythm is disrupted, and I only manage to sleep during the day. Despite this, I often wake up feeling tired. Unfortunately, this app does not automatically detect my daytime sleep patterns, instead only recognizing sleep that occurs at early in the morning. This makes it inaccurate and overly complicated for my needs. I've decided to request a refund.

When I first downloaded this app the first couple of nights went great. All my sleep information was being tracked. But all of a sudden all I get are error messages that no sleep data was collected. My watch is paired, charged and on correctly well before my set bedtime. But I wake up to the unfortunate discovery of no data. I have to constantly change the settings to show the sleep cycles….ugh honestly it’s annoying and disappointing. I wish things went more smooth, I had very high hopes.

Sleep is paramount to health and somehow this app seems to reflect the amount and quality of my sleep. I like the various features, for example, heart rate variability, as it reflects the amount of stress that I’m experiencing before sleep. It’s important to know how much deep sleep I’m receiving and the app tells me that, too. I use it every day and for people who want to understand their sleep I recommend it. I bought it for my spouse who is physician and he now understands sleep better. This app is a great investment in your health.

Tells me when I fall asleep and wake up. It tells me how much sleep I got and how much of it was quality sleep. It tells me how ready I am to face the day. And it keeps running log of all of it. I can easily refer to it in my medical appointments. I don’t know what I ever did without this app!
