    I signed up for FloSports specifically to watch bike racing. Went for the yearly option due to the absolutely ridiculous monthly subscription fee. Anyway within hours I realized it’s not going to for us the way I wanted it to. Shut it down and requested a refund to which they told me that because we viewed a couple of hours of pro coverage I didn’t qualify for my money back. Several emails back and forth with them and after having cancelled the renewal in the app, I dispute the transaction with my cc company. Ultimately the cc company sided with them based on terms of service so now I am resigned to just use the app for the year and not renew only to find that they have inactivated my account with no refund or alerts to me. They have my money. I have no bike racing. Sent them a email asking for resolution on this several weeks ago and have seen no response. Pretty disappointing…

  • App acts like it needs an update, but never does

    Let me preface this by saying, I’ve written 1 review in the almost 15 years I’ve used the App Store. It also needs to be said that I love FloSports as a company, even more so with the way they support Dirt Track racing. This is a review on the app however , not of Flo in general. I got so tired of the buffering, and resetting the app as well as my phone, that I turned off my High-Limit stream to finally make this review. I thought DirtVision was bad, but every single race I try to stream has technical difficulties. Buffers for way more time than the video plays live, which results in huge portions of missed content. It doesn’t matter if I’m using WiFi or my unlimited high-speed data (At&T). They do a good job with replays, but I paid $160+ to watch the event live; not waiting for it to load even the event has ended. If they could fix the never-ending buffering, it would instantly be a 3.5-4.5 star review. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars, is because I like Flo & they support Sprint Car racing in an amazing way. Fix dat app doe!

  • App Loads So So Slow

    Garbage app. Unless I want to sit and wait 20 minutes for it to load on my iPad I have to uninstall and reinstall it just to make it work. This has been an issue with iPads for years and Flo can’t seem to fix it. I’m about done. Fix your stupid app else I’ll give my money to someone else.

  • Constantly experiencing technical difficulties

    Flo Sports is awful. They constantly cut out with “technical difficulties” and I’ve watched 2 college baseball games on it so far this year and both times it has gone to an ad on the last batter of the game and then came back and said the game is concluded. Absolutely terrible. And we have to pay for this piece of garbage. Update: It’s actually gotten worse if that’s possible. Flo Sports is so anxious to jump to commercials that we’ve missed the end of 2 plays in this game. The response to my original review above was comical as Flo’s answer to cutting out to commercials was to recommend that I contact their technical support line. It was not technical that someone decided to cut out to commercials with 2 outs in the 9th inning. That is a conscious decision made by someone at Flo. I beg all schools to avoid using Flo.

    If this app offered a 0 rating, that’s what I would give. Nothing but a cluster. There is no audio available on replay, so why even offer replay. The app and streaming is absolutely frustrating!!!

    When WB/Discovery axed GCN+ there was little choice but to sign up for Flo Sports for cycling events. It’s three times the cost and you get commercials. Yay! Due to the time difference and out of convenience I usually watch the replays when they become available. Sadly, FloSports loves to spoil your party by announcing the winner before you get a chance to find the replay. The past three times now I’ve known the outcome before starting the replay. Also, when an event is in progress there should be an option to start from the beginning rather than trying to move the glitchy slider back to the beginning while the race is playing out. My hope is for these issues to be resolved and to see FloBikes become a class act.

    Subscribed to watch WGI and DCI content but all of the replay videos have NO SOUND!?!? Makes no sense! You either watch the live stream or you are out of luck because the videos will have NO SOUND!! Immediately cancelled my subscription.

    Just subscribed and will cancel this month. I have my sound up to 72 but still can barely hear the commentators. Then the ads come on and blow me out of the room.
