    Had an acct since 2021 and in the beginning I had no issues but over the years I’ve had to purchase a subscription for every device I used but was thinking maybe I didn’t pay it. No that was not it. Left it cancelled for a while and redid it a week ago and not no matter what device I use it’s telling me to subscribe and I did. Can’t even login on my phone and that’s how I subscribed

    What is wrong with this site because it won’t load. There’s an error message that says, “Try again later” but it never works.

    I really enjoy some of the shows on this app, however the shows ALWAYS crash mid episode and I have to exit out the app and start the episode over again. And it doesn’t even pick up where I left off so I have to fast forward and try to find where I was at during the episode. I finally finished season one of HUSH and decided that I don’t want the subscription anymore. But now that HUSH has a season two, I decided to try again and the problem went from the videos crashing to the videos won’t even play. Some error message keeps popping up on anything that I try to watch. I wish I could upload videos or photos to show what I’m talking about. Like what a waste of money! I normally don’t leave reviews but I’m super irritated over this situation, I want to be reimbursed or given my month back. Just horrible! Do better allblk!

    Since I can’t email them directly. I will put my concern here in hopes for a solution . App has been working fine for months untill this month monthly has been paid but all the shows are still locked .. I need a fix to this problem as well as a free month of subscription!!

    When I am looking at certain shows on my cell it’s fine but if I try and look at them on my tv it cuts off and returns to Home Screen.

    If there is an issue with making sure subscriptions are able to actively work, then that’s something that should be worked out prior to an update. Being charged for a service that cannot be used is outrageous.
  • Mediocre app with horrendous customer support

    They always post shows late. Sometimes hours and sometimes days. No one can every tell you when it will be up or help in anyway. The CS will constantly close out emails and chats when you ask questions about why things aren’t working and won’t help with any resolution.
