    What is going on with this app?? It won’t load anything and crashes every time I open it. I don’t want to delete it and lose all my data. I’ve used this app for years

    I love this app and have used it for years, however I am having issues with it. The app refused to cooperate for weeks, and I had to delete the app to get it to work again. This deleted ALL of my period data from the past three years. As someone who has a hard time keeping track of my period due to disability, I am now at a loss where I have no idea how to track it because I have to start all over again, where this app would previously have kept track of it.

    I’ve been using this period tracker since 2016. I’m happy with it. It’s just that I do not want to change apps, I do not want to get pregnant, I am also not avoiding pregnancy as my husband had a vasectomy many years ago. Buuuut, I’m noticing changes in my body as I approach 40. I’ve been doing a lot of education and learning that having the ability to track my basal body temperature could let me know if I’m having hormonal imbalances based on these temperature patterns. That if I can track more than just my period I may be able to ask my healthcare provider more direct questions with visible data. My AppleWatch can take my temperature. I can also take my temperature, but that is absolutely so easy to forget to do each morning. If the app allowed that data to be input daily, it would be so helpful. Also. When logging moods and such I feel like there should be an ability to make a note at the end. This way I can make note of the random factor of life. Like, that I’m fasting from sugars or that I’ve added new vitamins to my daily routine that support my lady and gut health. Just looking for more ways to input important data for my individual tracking style while not having to acquire more apps.

    I used to love this app, it was amazing and the community was great but now i get bombarded with ads asking me to pay for a subscription and it’s made the app unusable. Not to mention how slow the app is now. I am fueled with rage every time i have to open it. I’m importing my data to another app and i hope i never have to use this ever again.

    The app is okay, I really only use it to refer to when my last period was when a doctor asks. Other than that almost everything, including your daily log, is behind a paywall. And the app is always offering a 50% discount, so if the app is always “on sale” isn’t that just the price of the app then? I wouldn’t pay for this app!

    I’ve been using this app since 2017 and it was amazing expect now I am READY TO DELETE. Every hour of every day is asking me to shop for products (which started 2024) and all I wanted is a period tracker!!!

    I have been using this for as long as I can remember! I love it but I think the logs could be better!.. needs more things to log and maybe better descriptions.. I love this app tho just wish it had a bit more to make it more interesting :)

    I am a premium user and I get so many notifications for ads. If I try to read them, the I get more emails about the ad or product. There is also no way to empty your inbox which adds to the data requirements. Support falls on deaf ears. This APP was designed by a man, that’s the only explanation.
