  • Poor excuse for an app and bad business practices!

    I gave the videos on the app a shot and found them very poor quality and rushed. NOT worth the money!!! No flow to the yoga, just showing the positions and with a choppy quality. The day I was set to auto-renew my subscription I went on the app and cancelled. I even got an email confirming the cancellation. However, shortly after cancelling, my card was charged for another 3 months. I’m currently going back and forth with their support team trying to get a refund. They’re quick to respond but giving me the runaround & refusing to refund & trying to offer a full year access for what I already paid instead. I JUST want my money back! Not cool business, not cool at all. Save your money people ($67/3 months!) and find free videos on YouTube or other social networks!

    Not only do they not remind you of the auto renewal, when you get charged you can't get a refund back because their emai blocks your emails.

  • Better instructional alignment with timing

    I am really enjoying the app, having loaded it about a week ago. My only point of contention is that, with some of the exercises, the demonstrator is already through with the reps before the instruction is completed, not allowing for the user to have appropriate time to complete the exercises, and tapping to pause seems inconvenient and can even further delay completion. I’m sure I am not alone in these thoughts, and realigning the audio track may be easier than fully redoing them to allow even beginners to get a better sense of accomplishment when done.

    Under normal circumstances I would enjoy your program. However, my other half has dementia. Beginning able to enjoy quiet yoga, is impossible. Please refund what I have paid. Apparently, life will be getting rougher. Thank you Susan

  • Never was able to start a workout

    After logging in, it says, I need to have an active subscription. My card was charged. When you go to the subscription page, it shows that the subscription was canceled – even before I purchased it. When brought to the attention of customer service – with screenshots, showing them exactly what I was talking about, all I ever get is open “your subscription is active and everything looks good on our end “I confirm the email address and login, but I’m not able to access any of the workouts. I’ve gone around and around with this company for three days and yet,I cannot access the content. Stay clear.

    I wish I would have read the reviews before downloading this app. I was targeted by an ad on instagram or Facebook but don’t remember which. Funny this company doesn’t allow any reviews on Facebook? Or maybe just part of their deceptive marketing practices. I can only place a review here to warn others. I downloaded this app 3 months ago and agreed to pay $24 for a 3 month trial period. I don’t remember ever agreeing to pay $66 to renew for a 3 month period after that 3 month period was up. Must have been lost in the “terms and conditions “ the representative “Chris” keeps referring to when I email the company. The company charged me the renewal fee automatically after the 3 month period with no warnings, no email heads up that it was going to renew. I emailed them right away as this renewal charge hit my email and asked them to cancel my membership and to please refund the charge for $66 as I didn’t want to keep the subscription for a further 6 months. I used the app possibly 5 times in the trial period (I went back to using yoga on YouTube). Chris from Yoga-go refused to provide a refund saying I had agreed to this renewal charge from the beginning. He offered me a free subscription for a year. I refused it. All I want is to delete this app and not pay for something I didn’t remember to agreeing to. I tried to go back into the app to see where the charges are plainly laid out and I cannot find them. The app requires you to fill out a profile and download the app…there is no clear description of charges in the FAQs or anywhere. I will take this up with my credit card after getting nowhere with Chris from Yoga-go and 5 or 6 emails back and forth of “legalise”. Buyer beware! There is a reason their page doesn’t allow Facebook reviews! The company is registered in Cyprus too so who knows if any kind of US consumer protection is in place.

    All of the videos and speaking were really robotic and AI based; it was a bit creepy. The timing of the instruction to action in the video was almost always off. It also doesn’t really conform to the time you have available in the initial survey; there are short clips and exercises, but you typically have to “do more” to see results. If you can get past these things it may be worth it, but I couldn’t.

    The first 30 days I absolutely loved the experience this app provided. The 30 day designed for me challenge was difficult but not discouraging and if I wanted extra practice I could pick a duration and go. However in the subsequent 30 day intervals it has grown more and more glitchy-randomly changing to another pose with no transition or oral direction. Earlier this week not registering three days of practice so my 30th day repeated twice and would have continued repeating had I not manually re-set it. Despite reaching our many times through the contact us function there has been only the same automated response from the creator. This app could be great but at the moment it is mediocre at a price point that suggests excellence.
